Reality of Dreams

Dreams are as real as we human beings. Dreams are the release valves built by God Almighty to avoid untoward happenings in life of human beings. In absence of dreams most human beings would not reach life span of even 25 to 30 years. Why? For the simple reason that tensions of daily life may result in a brain haemorrhage or heart failure!

Whenever tensions in our day-to-day work increase beyond our capacity to sustain... we have dreams in the night. These dreams also have a message to convey. Properly interpreted... every dream conveys a particular meaning. All problems to our queries can be solved in dreams. Dreams have the potential... the answers to our queries. How?

We all know that the present body has been manifested by our soul atman within and vice versa is not true. It is not within the capability of the body to manifest a soul atman within. Our soul atman residing within our heart is the real master of the body. It has a goal in life... a cosmic goal of 8.4 million manifestations in which it has to reach the end... the 8.4 million manifestation... the stage when the human being shall gain enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha). Our soul atman desires liberation from the cycle of birth and death at the earliest.

Whenever the body prompted by the ego goes on a different path other than desired by our soul atman within... the dreams show us the correct path desired by our soul atman within. If we follow the path of our soul atman... we would be the luckiest person living on Mother Earth. Following the goal of our soul atman is the ultimate the body can do for the soul atman within. This would not only cut short the journey... rather the human being would live a serene life.

The tensions in day-to-day life arise when there is a conflict between the goals of our soul atman and that of the body prompted by our ego. Dreams not only release the tension... they also show the correct path! What a novel way God Almighty has built into the system. It is something human beings cannot do without yet they cannot interfere in the system.
