Query: Becoming
Healthy... Can we become healthy by stopping masturbation?
Kaivalya
Jnani:
Every human being can become as healthy to prolong life up to 300 years
maximum. The average life span of a human being in the sacred scriptures has been assumed as hundred years.
As of present the average life span of a human being lies between 70 to 80 years. In the circumstances how is
it possible to prolong the life span to 300 years?
The heartbeat of an average human being is 72 and the considered life
span hundred years. What if one could reduce the heartbeat and increase the life
span!
When I was nearing self realization in 1993... I was able to reduce my
heartbeat to 29. For all practical purposes I had gained absolute control over sleep. I could now work round
the clock almost 23 and half hours a day. It was an experience that can only be felt. A mere 6 to 10 minutes
of sleep was equivalent of eight hours of peaceful sleep.
One day I decided to further decrease my heartbeat. Sooner the thought
was invoked by me... my soul atman within my heart prompted that I must never indulge in reducing my
heartbeat to 24 or below. It was instant death at 24. For a few moments I reduce my heartbeat to 26... I
realized the gravity of the situation. Increased palpitations in my heart confirmed the dictates of my soul
atman within.
I was sure for now that any human being by decreasing the heartbeat can
proportionately increase ones life span. That was the ultimate of physical endurance and
capability.
Mental capability of a human being is reflected in Mahavira, Gautama
Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed... all of whom gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally
salvation (moksha) in their lifetime.
Gaining enlightenment and finally salvation is the ultimate crux of life. There is nothing more to achieve for
human being in the cosmic world. Reaching the 8.4 millionth manifestation... our soul atman liberates forever from
the cycle of birth and death... one finally reaches the kingdom of God (aka Vaikunth in Hinduism).
