Query: Kundalini... I was passing through some symptoms can you help me to ascertain is that kundalini awakening or something else. I never seriously prayed but i believe god very strongly and i always trying to get the truth about god. A psychologist told me just try the shavasana yoga and some relaxation exercise.

Till recently i feel that there tingling all over my body some sort of energy passing through my body, pressure inside my head, my back bone gets heavy, tingling below the back bone and i have some energy feeling exactly center of my head i dont know what is happening. While i do shavasana some time i will see lavender flowers, snake, white dove. some light some events its not understandable. can you explain me whats happening in to me or this is just normal?

Whenever human beings seriously contemplate on God lying in the Shavasana pose of yoga... we experience arousal of Kundalini Shakti... the awakening of the Kundalini! Such experiences are neither abnormal nor limited to the elite few! Many human beings at the same time experience awakening of the Kundalini world over. Why?

It is for the simple reason that our soul atman within... that seems to reside within our heart is on its cosmic journey of 8.4 million manifestations. It is our soul atman that has manifested the human body to work out its karma... remove the dross impurities within! Our soul atman desires reaching the end of cosmic life... the stage of liberation (Mukti in Hinduism) forever.

Only when a soul atman liberates itself forever from the cycle of birth and death does it reach the kingdom of God (aka Vaikunth in Hinduism). Until a soul atman reaches the stage of liberation Mukti... it keeps on manifesting form after another! Life in the human form is the most pleasurable experience for the soul atman within. It is only in the human form the soul atman regains its lost original pure pristine form!

Right from the stage of amoeba (single cell formation)... the first manifestation in the cosmic life cycle to the stage of human beings... the goal of every soul atman remains reaching the 8.4 millionth manifestation! Having reached the stage of human beings... the soul atman within desires human being reaching the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) at the earliest!

The stage of enlightenment can only be reached when full awakening of Kundalini occurs... never before! As and when one contemplates on God Almighty or our soul atman within... the arousal of the Kundalini Shakti occurs. This experience of arousal of the Kundalini Shakti (awakening of the Kundalini) is intermittent.

One experiences stages of bliss (extreme pleasure) that can never be defined expressed in words. This experience of bliss is sometimes compared by people to experiences during sexual indulgence. The experience of bliss indicates human being reaching higher levels of purity... rather it is the soul atman within gaining more purity.

The awakening of the Kundalini is directly linked to practicing celibacy... absolute celibacy in its purest form. For reaching the stage of enlightenment... practicing absolute celibacy in continuation for minimum of 12 years is a must. The experiences of Kundalini awakening are not limited to contemplation of God in the Shavasana pose of yoga or while practicing celibacy alone!

Whenever one indulges in spirituality... the walkers of the spiritual path (which most of the time occurs inherently) experience awakening of the Kundalini! And what is Kundalini awakening after all? The cosmic energy stored in the spine gradually rises to the top. The moment it reaches the centre of the forehead... the Shahastra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) that exists behind the forehead in the brain opens fully. One immediately gains enlightenment... the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi!

While experiencing awakening of the Kundalini... facing many hooded Cobra is a routine feature! The Cobra... the coiled Serpentine energy... the Kundalini Shakti represents the supreme cosmic energy that connects the human body to the soul atman... that requires uncoiling! The dove represents a feeling of peace within! Lavender flowers represent the blooming of human beings in its most prime pure state... the state of nothingness... the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi!

The blue white light represents God Almighty in all its cosmic glory. Rather the blue white light represents our soul atman within it is its prime pristine original form! The goal of Kundalini Shakti... Kundalini awakening is our soul atman reaching its original prime pristine form... the moment when human beings realized self... our soul atman within!

Myriads of experiences while traveling the spiritual path are reminiscent of the nobility contained in traveling the path of spirituality! Seeking God in present life... pursuing the path of spirituality is the foremost of all goals that one can have in life! When I wanted to see and talk to God at 11 years of age... I had multiple experiences of varying nature.

None in the world understood what was happening to me. My father always recommended my going to a psychiatrist. After due diligence and investigation the doctor recommended some medicines which meant nothing! I had no illness... my experiences were beyond the capture of most human beings including doctors!

My perplexity never came to be understood by any! It was then the sweet small inner voice of my soul atman guided me on the right path. The sweet small inner voice of our soul atman can only be heard by one ever remaining truthful in life! One single lie... we lose the path! In my life in search of God, I always remained truthful come whatever may!

I practiced absolute truthfulness to the extent that if God Almighty ordered me to leave the confines of the family... I would have done so! My only goal in life was seeing and meeting God face-to-face in this very life! By 13 years of age my desire turned into firm conviction... come whatever may I shall meet and see God in this very life!

25 years thence I finally realized God in 1993! Having reached the Mount Everest of spiritual pursuit... my spiritual journey culminated in my realizing God forever! I shall in this life itself reach the stage of moksha (salvation)! I shall gain permanent entry into the abode of God... the kingdom of God... the moment I leave my mortal frame!

Whenever a human being rather our soul atman within connects with God Almighty... one experiences heaviness in the brain! A strange feeling overcomes us in totality. An absolute feeling of bliss... oneness with God Almighty is experienced at every stage of life!

Our brain... 50% part of our brain lies dormant! As the awakening of the Kundalini occurs... the dormant portion of the brain becomes active... at this moment one experiences severe headaches and what not! Our dormant brain becoming active announces our traveling the spiritual path in all its glory. Such experiences are never understood by the masses!

As many human beings... as many paths to God Almighty can there be! The moment one reaches the stage of enlightenment... all experiences become clear to one! Having realized God in 1993... I can but analyze the happenings in ones brain. Normal human beings do not use their brain even 1%! I having realized God in 1993 use my brain hundred percent!

At this stage of life you need to decide a firm goal in life! If traveling the spiritual path is not the goal of your life... abandon contemplating on God or the self! If you truly desire seeking God in this life... continue experiencing awakening of the Kundalini! The experiences of one human being vary with that of others. No point discussing your experiences with others... none would understand!

I consult the Dr i thought i have the symptoms of stroke after diagonise Dr told me everything normal.

This not happened to me while am working or other things. while i do shavasana some time i will see lavender flowers, snake, white dove. some light some events its not understandable. can you explain me whats happening in to me or this is just normal? i have a blissful feeling exactly my center of my upper head some time i feel happiness some time sadness.I really like spirituality but i don't have a reason y i like this. Please help me to know what i need to do under this situation I want to come out from my anxiety.
