Spiritual Enlightenment
(enlightenment - path of spirituality)

Enlightenment is pronounced enlightenment. It is never pronounced spiritual enlightenment for the reason that traveling the path of spirituality one gains enlightenment... never otherwise! No religious person ever gains enlightenment. One needs travel the spiritual path to gain enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha).

The moment one reaches the level of Jesus Christ... one knows that enlightenment has been achieved. Enlightenment (aka kaivalya jnana in Hinduism) is reaching the cosmic end of life... one reaches the 8.4 millionth manifestation! No further body to manifest... our soul atman within liberates forever from the cycle of birth and death.

Enlightenment announces that the soul atman within would not have to manifest another body. Having gained enlightenment... the liberated soul atman goes to the abode of God... the kingdom of God (aka Vaikunth in Hinduism). A point of no return... kingdom of God is accessible only by liberated souls' atmans. No human being in bodily form can ever go to the kingdom of God or kingdom of heaven.

Gaining enlightenment means becoming a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed in our lifetime. All these man gods gained enlightenment and salvation in their lifetime. This is the goal for every human being... the ultimate goal for the soul atman within.

Enlightenment is not something that is possessed by anybody by birth. Right from the first manifestation by our soul atman within (the form of an amoeba) and to the last manifestation as a human being... our soul atman within is on its cosmic journey. The moment the dross within the soul atman removes completely... it regains its original pristine pure form! This is the stage of enlightenment for a human being.

We must always remember that it is our soul atman within the body that has manifested the body and never otherwise. The soul purpose of the various manifestations being liberation from the cycle of birth and death forever! The sooner a human being gains enlightenment... all is over for the soul atman within... it liberates forever!
