Hinduism religion is not only the oldest but the best religion amongst all. This is the only religion that teaches human beings to gain enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha). Hinduism believes in the fact that every human being has the right to the kingdom of God (aka Vaikunth in Hinduism). Following Hindu religion... one can reach the kingdom of God with ease.

Bhagavad Gita... the prime scripture of Hinduism... the doctrine given to the mankind by Lord Krishna in Mahabharata is the ultimate. In a nutshell... the knower of Bhagavad Gita becomes the knower of all. Amongst the paraphernalia of religious literature available world over... only one single document... the sacred Bhagavad Gita is sufficient to reach the level of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed.

The gist of Bhagavad Gita that contains 700 shlokas (verses) is not that easy to understand. Neither it is impossible! Every serious seeker of spirituality who fathoms the depth of the Wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita ultimately reaches the last leg of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation when one finally gains enlightenment and salvation.

One who indulges in reading Bhagavad Gita need not study the four Vedas (the words of God). Most of the attributes of God that were essential to be studied are contained in Bhagavad Gita. When Lord Krishna came into the scene... he found the voluminous Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda and the Atharva Veda almost incomprehensible even to the scholars. The gist of all four Vedas he reduced to Bhagavad Gita.
