Gain Wisdom Knowledge

The primary reason why people must apply themselves to knowledge and learning is... Settling for something higher in life! Devoid of good education and learning... the level of human beings reduces to that of contract labor! Higher the levels of learning... better are we placed in our career... a chosen goal of life!

The purpose why knowledge and learning was ingrained into human beings by God Almighty... primarily to earn their daily bread-and-butter! This is the primary and foremost requirement of all! As we better ourselves on the technological scale... one can become a supervisor, a manager or even an entrepreneur independent of others!

The bookish knowledge helps one earn our daily bread! The spiritual knowledge (aka wisdom) helps one unfold the wisdom of the Cosmos... the world of God Almighty! Primarily we are all souls' atmans working our karma to eradicate the impurities within. The moment all impurities remove... human beings gain enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha).

For the earthly sojourn of 70 to 80 years... we require bookish knowledge to excel in the field of our choice... a passion indulging in which we lose track of time... something we love dearly from our heart! If we desire diving deep into the world of souls' atmans... we need to study scriptures and gain wisdom. In the spiritual field bookish knowledge is not of much help.

In the domain of God it is faith in God Almighty that rules. In the spiritual domain all businesses are conducted based on faith alone. None has seen God Almighty yet, most believe in him! Similar as we feel the presence of a flower by its smell... God Almighty need not prove itself. We exist because God Almighty is there!

If a grain of sand is an independent soul atman... the whole mound God Almighty! The attributes of soul atman are similar as God Almighty. As per Bhagavad Gita the definition of God Almighty is, the sum total of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos at a given point of time! It is when God Almighty explodes himself with a big bang... the Cosmos gets created!

In life we always have two paths to travel... one the earthly sojourn and other the spiritual path! It is the sole prerogative of every human being which path to travel and when! Every human being is endowed with the power of discrimination that distinguishes us from animals. Mounted with this power of discrimination human beings can decide their course of life!
