At the outset I shall make one thing very clear. Either you believe or you do not believe in the facts given below... the truth can never be belied! No human being can ever communicate with the dead. Why? It is for the simple reason that the present manifest life as a human being... the present human form is limited to one life similar as a child six years of age never manifests the same form when seven years of age! Every second of life... the form keeps changing!

In the present sojourn of 70 to 80 years of life... every moment of life is interconnected! But in the cosmic system of things... the doings of one manifestation are never connected to the workings of the previous manifestations. Why? Even though based upon the residual balance of karma of all the previous manifestations... the present manifestation results!

As detailed in the sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism... the most sacred scripture existing on Mother Earth... every manifest form belongs to the soul atman within! It is our soul atman that is on its cosmic journey of 8.4 million manifestations... an earthly life cycle of 96.4 million years. During this period the soul atman is expected to regain its original pure pristine form.

In the cosmic crux of life... our soul atman is the absolute master and controller of the body and not vice versa. It is not within the capability of the body... the human form to manifest a soul atman! To cleanse itself of the dross impurities within... every soul atman manifests a chain of 8.4 million manifestations until it reaches the last leg of cosmic life when human beings gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha).

Similar as the metal within an ore cannot purify itself of its own and needs the requisite mining machinery and processes for the same... the soul atman also requires to work out its karma through a series of bodies... 8.4 million on the whole! Absolute purity is gained by the soul atman in the 8.4 millionth manifestation when it liberates itself from the cycle of birth and death forever.

If we perceive the formation of the Cosmos... we would realize the absolute truth! When God Almighty... the cluster of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos explodes himself with a big bang... a new cosmos... a new journey of life starts! All hurtling souls' atmans in their cosmic sojourn gather impurities. To cleanse self of the impurities dross within... the cosmic journey of every soul atman... a journey of 8.4 million manifestations starts!

Based on the residual balance of karma from all previous manifestations... the new form is manifested by the soul atman! If the residual balance of karma demands one manifesting in the family of a cobbler... the soul atman simply cannot manifest the form of a prince! We cannot expect mangoes to grow on a guava tree. As we sow so shall we reap... nothing more or less, so says the law of karma!

In the circumstances... a human body trying to establish contact with a dead body does not mean anything! The soul atman after the death of the body may have manifested a new form... a new journey of life absolutely unknown to us! It is quite likely as per the karmic theory... the soul atman of the dead body may manifest in the same family as the grandchild.

99% of the time... this theory of manifestation by the soul atman in the same family holds good. As long as the karmic bondage exists... the life of the soul atman rotates around that family... around the connected souls atmans! The moment a soul atman cleanses itself in totality from the clutches of karmic bondage... it finally liberates itself from the cycle of birth and death forever.

Having regained absolute pure pristine original form... the liberated soul atman (after human beings reach the stage of enlightenment and salvation) gains entry into the abode of God... the kingdom of God (known as Vaikunth in Hinduism). The kingdom of God is a point of no return. The liberated soul atman in absence of the dross within need not manifest a body again. In fact, after gaining absolute purity... the purpose of soul atman manifesting a body ceases to exist.

Whatever our purpose of contacting the dead is... it simply cannot solve any problem! No two souls' atmans in the cosmic system are connected. One soul can never affect the workings of another soul... so says the Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! We being an impure soul on its cosmic journey... we have no other alternative than to move ahead in life!

Bhagavad Gita makes one thing explicitly clear! As we are a soul atman... the fruits of our karma always belong to the soul atman within... and not the human body! In the circumstances... it is the prime responsibility of every human body to assist the soul atman within in reaching its cosmic goal of life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation!

Life after life... manifestation after manifestation... the cosmic goal of life for the soul atman remains fixed, reaching the end of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation!

Of all the things, God Almighty did not permit human beings interfering with the workings of his. If I were to know that my best friend in present life would be the cause of my death for in the previous manifestation I had caused the death of my best friend... the prime reason why the events of the previous manifestations are not disclosed to us in present life!

It is quite possible... one who is my best friend in present life... may have been my son in the previous manifestation... and further back... I may have been his daughter! From manifestation to manifestation... the relationships keep on changing... the outer garb... the human form totally unaware of the workings of soul atman within!

At this stage of life I can only say... we have one life to live! Who knows what we shall be in the next manifestation... why not put all our energies behind the goal of this life!
