The soul in the body is the true essence of life. It is our soul atman within that has manifested the body and not vice versa. After having manifested a body... the soul atman is linked to the kingdom of God via the brain that exists in every body. The brain in a body simply acts like a receiving and a transmitting station.

Every single thought that flows from mind plus or mind minus is invoked by our brain. It is purely dependent upon an individual to invoke positive or negative thoughts at a time. As is the residual balance of karma, so is the invocation of thought! One with serene nature invokes positive thoughts and those who indulge in wanton desires and materialistic riches... invoke negative thoughts!

At any given point of time... every human being is the sum total of all his thoughts. As one invokes... So is one! The invocation of thoughts is not sudden. Our brain located in the head is only an instrument governed by the human intellect. As the desire, so do the thoughts follow! We cannot expect mangoes to grow on a guava tree... So says the doctrine of karma!

The faculty of brain keeps the human soul connected to God Almighty all the time. Only those who travel the path of spirituality and absolute truthfulness converse with God from time to time. The moment a human being reaches the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi... one can commune with god on one-to-one basis all the time. One has finally reached the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana).

After the death of the body... the brain also dies! But the soul atman within that manifested the body leaves to manifest another body... another journey of life provided matching parents are available on Mother Earth. It is only as a human being... the faculty of brain becomes proactive. The journey of the soul from the first manifestation as an amoeba to the form of a human being is one single journey of 8.4 million manifestations (an earthly life cycle of 96.4 million years).

I not only believe that our soul atman lives on after the death of the body... I am practically a living example of that! Having realized God in 1993... I reached the last leg of cosmic life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation! This is my last life as a soul atman!
